Why Consolidate with KPHT

3 Months Free Storage

Parcels are stored free for up to three months until everything arrives — ship when you are ready. Small daily fees apply after that.

Free Consolidation

We merge parcels and remove bulky packaging. You only pay for the combined weight and volume.

Photo Inspection

Request photos when parcels arrive, so you can verify items and quantities before shipping.

Full Tracking

Track every milestone after departure, with door-to-door delivery and signature.

How Consolidation Works — Six Steps

Send your parcels to KPHT and leave the rest to us.

01

Consult & Confirm

Tell us your destination and cargo details. We confirm the channel, billing and give you the warehouse address.

02

Ship in Batches

Send parcels to our China warehouse in batches — Taobao / 1688 direct delivery works too.

03

Check-in & Photos

Parcels are logged on arrival. Request photo verification of items and quantities anytime.

04

Free Consolidation

Once all parcels arrive, we repack and reinforce free of charge — you pay only for the combined volume.

05

Pay & Dispatch

Our team quotes the freight; after payment we arrange loading and departure.

06

Customs & Delivery

Customs clearance at destination, last-mile delivery to your door, fully trackable.

How Freight Is Billed

Freight is billed on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight of the consolidated parcel. Common volumetric reference: L × W × H (cm) ÷ 6000 — factors vary by channel.

The above is a general reference; final figures are subject to our team’s quote.

Who Uses Consolidation
