Taobao consolidation to the US takes six steps: get a China warehouse address, ship your orders in, submit consolidation, choose a channel and pay freight, receive the tracking number on dispatch, then clearance and doorstep delivery — about 25–45 days overall by sea.
Step 1: Get your China warehouse address
After registration we assign you a dedicated warehouse address with an ID code. Use it as the delivery address on Taobao and the packages are auto-matched to your account.
Step 2: Ship your orders to the warehouse
Ordering from multiple shops is fine — the warehouse receives everything under your ID and logs each parcel's weight and volume.
Step 3: Consolidate and pack
Once everything arrives, tick the parcels you want combined. We unpack, merge and reinforce the packing, removing excess packaging to cut billable weight.
Step 4: Choose your shipping channel
Pick sea, air or express based on urgency and budget — we provide transit ranges and restrictions for each, then you pay the freight.
Step 5: Dispatch and tracking
After container loading our agent sends you the tracking number; use it on the carrier's official channel (shipping line, airline, DHL / UPS / FedEx) to follow the journey.
Step 6: Clearance and delivery
At destination our broker clears customs, then a courier or truck delivers to your door.
